★ Function and application of the equipment
The machine adopts touch screen with friendly man-machine interface operation, and two groups of servo driven screw module in X and Y direction is used for plastic sheet feeding, it realizes the two-direction positioning feeding in X and Y axis with high punching precision.
It is suitable for punching all kinds of special-shaped cards. The whole sheet material can be punched after printing. It does not need to be cut into strips in advance. It can be finished at one time, which is convenient and fast.
★ Functional features
- It can move and feed sheet materials in X and Y direction, so that the feeding times and distance can be freely adjusted according to the printed sheet layout, and the material punching does not need to be cut in advance.
- The high-power servo motor applied in the machine has the advantages of low power noise, stable power output and adjustable punching speed. When it is needed to punch cards with different thickness, its performance is much better.
- 10 sets of layout position parameters can be stored in the system, which is convenient to call out and use, and it is convenient to change different punched products.
- The PLC program control can realize automatic operation and can give an timely problem alarm and operation shutdown.
