Note: The multicolor DOD printing line is of modular design with good compatibility. The optional functional modules can be added in the above line to realize more functions of card personalization process. The optional modules include magnetic stripe encoding unit, RFID Card chip encoding unit, OCR inspection unit, Scratch card labeling unit and laser engraving Unit.

The functional modules aredescribed as below:

1. RFID Chip encoding unit (HF/LF)(Contactless or RFID Card encoder/RFID chip reader&writer)
It can read UID from almost all the RFID card chips (HF/LF chip) in the existing market. It can writing data, change initial passwords or sect keys in such RFID chips including Mifare S50, S70, Ultralight, Ultralight-C, Mifare Plus, Ntag203, Ntag213, Ntag216, Icode-2, FM11RF005M, EM4100(ID), ATA5577, EM4305). Speed: 7000 card/h in reading mode or 2000-4000 cards/H in writing mode, if the data to beencoded is bigger in size, the writing speed is slower.
2. Magnetic stripeencoder (magnetic stripe reader/magnetic stripe writer/magnetic encoding unit)
It canencode three tracks or any single or two tracks in magnetic stripe of various magnetic cards(excluding financial bank card) in a speedy and precise way, but the magnetic cards encoded by the Chinese module cannot fully meet the strict specification of ISO 7811 for high-end financial bank cards.Speed:7000-8000cards/hour. If you need encode the magnetic stripe of financial bank cards, we can add German magnetic card encoder in our personalization line.
3. OCR inspection unit (OCR inspector/OCR verification unit/OCR verifier)
It is designed for identifying or reading the number, barcode, QR code printed on card surface to compare with the database to check the correctness of DOD printing. Speed:7000-8000cards/hour.
4. Scratch labeling unit (scratch label paster/scratch labeller/scratch label applicator)
It is designed for applying or sticking the scratch-off label(s) onto the card surface after DOD printing. It can apply several labels (2, 3 or 4 ) on the card surface at the same time. Speed:7000-8000cards/hour.

Laser engraving unit (laser marker/laser printer/laser etching unit/laser coding unit)

There are three types of laser units to be chosen. They are carbon dioxide CO2 type, optical fiber type and ultraviolet type. It can precisely engrave or mark serial numbers, English letters, logo, QR code, pictures and so on.
