It is automatically controlled by PLC program and can be operated by large touch screen. Card feeding, hole punching and indentation are driven by servo system. The parameters are adjustable according to customer’s demand , with high speed and high precision.
It is suitable for punching single-chip, double-chi and 4-chip SIM cards in the format of standard 2FF,3FF and 4FF. It can punch the CR80 SIM card into half SIM cards.

- It combines the functions of card direction test, conveying, punching, indenting, big card and semi card collection.
- It is designed by modular structure. Punching , indenting and half-card punching can combine arbitrarily. The four working stations can choose to work together or work separately, which can realize punching and processing of standard 2FF, 3FF, 4FF single chip card or double chips SIM card , and also half SIM card.
- The choosing of punching mould is flexible and convenient, you can choose on operation interface after changing of mould.
- The knife edge of punching mould is made by imported high hardness and wear-resisting steel with higher durability.
- Indented mould is made by imported high hardness and wear-resisting blade, which ensures the good performance for indentation of small card , which makes the amendment of mould is more convenient.
- It is designed by proper mould structure, which ensures convenience of changing. You just need to change the mould only when you need to change SIM card.
- Using high-power servo dynamo as punching driving force, which ensures reliable parameter, powerful cutting force and high precision.
- Card direction and double card testing function can test card and alarming when error.
- If no card feeding or collecting unit is full, it will alarm automatically.
- PLC program controls automatic running which is stable and reliable, it can also set automatic spot checking.
