The model YLE-1 has one embossing stations with one tipping station, which can emboss and tip the standard plastic card simultaneously in a speedy way. It is one of our best sellers among our products. This machine is designed only for embossing the sequential number (3 fixed words or symbol+ maximum 16 numbers). It applies the reliable Japanese servo motor as embossing power to ensure better embossing effect with less maintenance operation.
It applies Mitsubishi PLC, touch screen and step-motion system in order to ensure the machine stability; the pneumatic parts applied in this machine are made by SMC to their working durability.
The embossing moulds are made of Japanese special steel material with the service life of tens of millions times. 2 sets of characters in big and small size are available.
The embossed word or symbol can be custom-made as per customer demand.
