Feature Description
The machine is designed to meet the functional requirements of automatic CR80 standard plastic card punching in a precise way. The machine can automatically pick, place and feed the printed card sheets in an accurate way. It is controlled by PLC with English touch screen display. It features very speedy and precise punching performance.
Functional Features
- The material feeding system applies high sensitivity positioning sensor plus quality precision ball screw to ensure precise positioning. Location parameters of each punching point are adjustable.
- It applies high-power servo motor as punching power, which can ensure low noise, high speed and stable power. The punching speed is adjustable.
- Double servo ball screw drive module is used in material feeding to ensure fast speed and high productivity.
- Advanced Card collection System can automatically receive the cards in different longitudinal ranks. It works fact and reliable.
