Feature Description
The machine is designed for cutting the single IC chips from the IC Module tape after the hot melt glue is pressed to the IC module bottom side.
- It is controlled by relay unit with easy maintenance.
- All the pneumatic parts are made by SMC to ensure quality operation.
Material releasing (glue tape wheel and chip reel wheel) →hot pressing station (stick the glue tape onto chip bottom by hot lamination)→chip cutting station( cut the chip tape into single pieces)→chip collection unit
