Feature Description
The machine is designed for cutting the single IC chips from the IC Module tape after the hot melt glue is pressed to the IC module bottom side.

Material releasing (glue tape wheel and chip reel wheel)→hot pressing station (stick the glue tape onto chip bottom by hot lamination)→chip cutting station( cut the chip tape into single pieces)→chip collection unit
