Automatic Hot-sealing Card Packing Machine YHP-600 is designed for massively packing normally used cards such as telephone charging cards in an economic and fast way. It applies hot-welding and high-pressure packing technology. Card Sending and film conveying is realized by stepping motor. It is automatically controlled by PLC with friendly human-machine interface. The welding line is straight line, and the zigzag lines cannot be realized in this machine.
Key functions: 1. automatic monitoring and alarming on card overlapping or card absence is available. 2. It can wrap all the paper or plastic cards with the thickness of over 0.25mm. 3. The minimum thickness of the available packing film is 0.025mm. 4. Single-Card Packing or multiple-card packing function are available, and packed chain card collection quantity can be set. 5. Welding With double mould is available, and replacement of welding mould is easy. 6. The size of the packing bag is adjustable. 7. Visual inspection system is optional, which can be used to check the card serial number or barcode.
